10collective is a collection of tenacious individuals all dedicated to professional Digital and IT recruitment services without the fluff. We attract progressive people and companies. Together we aim to facilitate a whole new approach to finding, attracting and retaining amazing, real people.

A bit of history…

We started nearly 3 years ago on a tiny mezzanine in Georgie’s flat. Yep, it was so grassroots, we had to ration notebooks. On the upside though, when our brains could function no more we could cheer ourselves up by popping downstairs and flicking on a kung-fu classic for the afternoon. Times have changed somewhat, and at the beginning of 2010 we moved into a small office on Brunswick St in Fitzroy.

A bit about now…

Now we are a crew of 5, working closely together to deliver the best of this town’s Digital expertise to a growing number of companies who in their turn are dedicated to delivering the most creative, interesting and progressive Digital solutions to their clients.

When we’re not busting our guts working with you, we might be on the stoop outside the office having a little smoke, or listening to MOTO or Of Montreal or Motorhead.

The best way to keep you in the loop and ahead of the game is by truly engaging the people around us. We talk. A lot. To talented, intelligent and informed individuals. Sometimes we call. Sometimes we email. Sometimes we twitter. Sometimes we blog. Sometimes we Skype. We ALWAYS communicate.

It’s simple, we aim to hook real people up with real companies. Facilitating talent, ideas and great organisations by being creative in our recruitment approach is key.
