To people who slag off great talent when they&#039;re not in the room, and use them as a scapegoat when you fuck up a project, how can you sleep at night?

To managers who take the credit for great work their team has done, but blame them when *their* managers don&#039;t like it, how can you sleep at night?

The answer is, of course, that these sort of people are largely oblivious to the stress, havoc and misery they cause their amazing staff.  They deliberately don&#039;t see the role they play in making a team disfunctional.  But here&#039;s a tip, prospective job hunters - if there&#039;s a lot of good people leaving a company, you don&#039;t want to work there.</description>

		<description>Well here we are 2011 and senior male executives still say that the reason there aren’t more female senior execs, and the reason that there aren’t more women on boards, is that suitably talented women don’t exist.

Therefore there is no need for affirmative action in our corporations.

Actual Fact (rather than male fantasy): more women than men start their own businesses because they’ve simply lost patience with prejudice.

This sick culture won’t change in our lifetime, but we can choose to reject it.</description>

She felt that because he couldn’t possibly know what every one of his staff were doing, he shouldn’t have to cop the blame. I say, the higher you are, the more you get paid, and the more you should know about your company practises!</description>
